Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this boutique hotel for a few nights, and while there were some ups and downs, I can't deny that the location is fantastic. The room I initially received was quite small and had some issues, but once moved, I was much more comfortable. The service I experienced was excellent, especially thanks to Otis, who went above and beyond. However, the dining options left something to be desired, especially for breakfast. Overall, if you can overlook a few hiccups, this hotel has so much to offer.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city, my room was quite disappointing and not what I expected. The service was decent, but I had some issues with the upgrades and room conditions. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a decent stay in Rome, but there were definitely some drawbacks. The hotel's location is fantastic, as I could easily walk to many major attractions and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, my room was quite small and had a rather disappointing lack of natural light. Additionally, there were a few service hiccups that left me feeling frustrated, particularly with the misunderstanding about my room upgrade charge.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, putting me within walking distance to many main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, the room I had was quite small and faced some disturbances from the kitchen early in the morning, which was not ideal. The breakfast was basic and did not offer many choices. Overall, it provided good value for the price, but there is room for improvement.
During my stay at the hotel, I found the location to be one of its greatest assets, making it easy to explore the city center with popular attractions within walking distance. The staff were particularly helpful, which made our experience more enjoyable. However, the rooms left something to be desired, especially regarding space and amenities, and the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it’s a decent option for the price considering the location, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
