I recently stayed at this boutique hotel for a few nights, and while there were some ups and downs, I can't deny that the location is fantastic. The room I initially received was quite small and had some issues, but once moved, I was much more comfortable. The service I experienced was excellent, especially thanks to Otis, who went above and beyond. However, the dining options left something to be desired, especially for breakfast. Overall, if you can overlook a few hiccups, this hotel has so much to offer.

I had a decent stay in Rome, but there were definitely some drawbacks. The hotel's location is fantastic, as I could easily walk to many major attractions and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, my room was quite small and had a rather disappointing lack of natural light. Additionally, there were a few service hiccups that left me feeling frustrated, particularly with the misunderstanding about my room upgrade charge.
